All tiaras are handmade to order, and our turnaround time is 21 days. If you need to place an urgent order please contact us by email.

How To Order

The tiaras shown are our standard designs. When ordering you simply choose the tiara and whether you would prefer gold or silver for the tiara band. If you wish to change the colour of the stones please do so in the colour box, however, please note that this request will be classed as a bespoke order.
 
Bespoke Service
 
If you require a bespoke service please email us your idea of what you are looking for and we will be happy to help. All bespoke tiaras are non returnable as they are specially made for you.
 
Payment
 
Full payment is required prior to delivery. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
 
Postage & Packing

Tiaras will be sent to you wrapped in acid free tissue paper in a presentation box for you to treasure. They are posted in a cardboard box for protection. All orders will be sent special delivery, if making a multiple order please contact us and we will adjust the postage accordingly.
 
Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will refund the cost on standard designs only, bespoke designs are non returnable. All items should be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt and must be unworn. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any items. Please return items by special delivery. If the item is damaged on receipt please call us on 0141 564 3778 and we will arrange for a refund or replace the item for you. Postage & packing will be refunded.
